Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here.
Hi! I’m Marianna - therapist for moms in Campbell, CA.
If you’re here, chances are you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or carrying something heavy. Maybe you’ve experienced a difficult birth, pregnancy loss, or just feel lost in the transition into motherhood. You’re in the right place. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
My Approach
This work is deeply personal to me. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be real - no pressure to have it all figured out, no need to hide the hard parts.
My therapy room is a place where you can take a breath, offload, and feel human again. As a mom, I understand what it’s like to show up in survival mode—tired, touched out, and trying to keep it together. That’s why I’ve created a therapy space that meets you exactly where you are. Your baby is always welcome in session - whether we’re sitting on the floor, bouncing while your baby sleeps, or pausing so you can feed or soothe them.
I integrate trauma-informed care, EMDR, and an IFS-informed approach (Internal Family Systems) to help you process what you’ve been through, get in touch with your inner strength, and begin to heal from the inside out. I also like to bring in humor and metaphor - because sometimes a well-timed laugh or a fresh way of seeing things can be just as therapeutic as anything else we do in the room.
Clients often leave therapy with increased presence, deepened connection to themselves, and expanded capacity to enjoy parenthood – even in its most difficult moments.
