Adjusting to Motherhood
Support Group
Motherhood can feel like the wildest identity shift you never saw coming. One minute you’re pregnant, the next you’re trying to figure out how to keep a tiny human alive - while also remembering who you are. It’s beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, magical, and exhausting… sometimes all in the same hour.
This group is a warm, confidential space where you can exhale, share what’s really going on, and connect with other moms who get it. Babies (and messy buns) welcome.
We talk about things like:
Wondering if you’re actually cut out for this (hey, it’s a tough job!)
Having mixed feelings about your baby - joy, frustration, even regret can all coexist
Dealing with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, sadness, or just feeling off
Feeling like you're the only one who hasn't figured it out yet (spoiler: you're not)
We’re here for the real stuff. The in-between moments. The tears and the belly laughs. Come join us - you don’t have to do this alone.
We welcome anyone who would benefit from peer support during this transformative time, including mothers who built their families through surrogacy, gestational carrier or adoption, mothers whose partner carried the baby, and mothers who are trans or nonbinary.
